Shihan is born on 18th March 1985 in Weliweriya. Shihan Mihiranga is a Sri Lanka singer as the eldest of the family. His father is Sound Engineer and his mother is a housewife. He is composer and songwriter. He was ranked fifth place in the first season of Sirasa Superstar, an idol program in Sri Lanka similar to American Idol. H released his first album Dream of Shihan in 2006

Shihan married Gishni Clementa Silva on 25 January 2012. Their love story had reportedly started 9  years earlier  and it had been a secret to the media until the wedding.         ♥️

He currently acts as the Brand Ambassador for Mobitel Smart 5 , and  Tiar Rollo cake of Ceylon Biscuits Limited.
